The red carpets and hanging curtains of a well dressed hall are all cut from Red Jute. It drops from the cultists that prowl the frost caves of the Mountain.
How to Get It
Cultists are the fire breathing fenrings found inside Mountain frost caves, and they drop the jute when killed. The curtains hanging inside those same caves also drop it when you destroy them, which is the gentler way to farm it if you would rather not trade blows. Getting there means a Mountain trip with frost resistance mead and warm clothing. The caves themselves need gear a step beyond that, because cultists hit hard and set things alight. Once you are inside, any weapon will do, as long as you have somewhere to retreat to.
