Full-Grown Fallingstar Beast is a field boss in Elden Ring.
The Full-Grown Fallingstar Beast is a massive creature of black star-rock that lairs in a crater high on Mt. Gelmir. It charges, bites and lashes with a spiked tail. Below half health it bends gravity to hurl foes into the air and sweeps the crater with beams of magic. Its jaw becomes a colossal weapon once it falls.
Lore
The beast is a four-legged creature formed of shiny black rock, with patches of white fur, insect-like mandibles and a long tail bristling with spikes. A blue orb like an eye peers out from the fur of its face.
Fallingstar beasts lie in craters, as if they plummeted to the Lands Between from far away. Their gravity sorcery is said to come from the lightless dark far beyond, the home of the fallingstar beasts.
Part of its hard, shining black jaw can be fashioned into a weapon whose sharp point skewers foes.

Phases
- Phase 1: The beast fights with charges, bites, stomps and tail sweeps.
- Phase 2: Below half health it lifts everything around it into the air and slams it down, then adds sweeping beams of gravity magic.
Attacks
- Head Swings and Bite: mandible swipes and a lunging bite that crushes and flings its prey; dodge toward its side as it swoops.
- Tail Sweep: it pivots and sweeps its spiked tail; roll through the tail once it touches the ground.
- Stomps: it rears and slams down its front or hind legs; back away and wait out the combo.
- Beast Roll: it curls into a ball, hovers and crashes down; roll aside as it falls.
- Reverse Gravity: its eye glows and a pale light spreads before it lifts and slams everyone nearby; sprint out of the lit area.
- Gravity Ray: it charges an orb over its shoulder and sweeps a huge beam across the crater; rush to its back legs on Torrent and attack.
Tactics
- Climb the last ladder carefully; the beast may charge and knock newcomers off.
- Ride Torrent to escape its wide attacks.
- Aim for its face and rump, which take extra damage.
- Use elemental damage, since physical attacks barely scratch it.
- Run out of the glowing area as soon as Reverse Gravity starts.
- Ranged users should keep to higher ground to hit its face.
