Cerulean Hidden Tear is a Crystal Tear in Elden Ring. It becomes available partway through a run, on Mt. Gelmir.
The Cerulean Hidden Tear is a crystal tear for the Flask of Wondrous Physick. Mixed into the flask, it removes all FP costs for a short time. Spells and skills can be used over and over while it lasts. The Ulcerated Tree Spirit on Mt. Gelmir drops it.
Use
Drinking the flask with this tear sets every FP cost to zero for ten seconds. Even actions that cost more FP than the bar holds can be used.
"A crystal tear formed slowly over the ages where the Erdtree's bounty falls to the ground. Can be mixed in the Flask of Wondrous Physick. The resulting concoction eliminates all FP consumption. However, this effect is only brief and will quickly expire."
