Omenkiller is a field boss in Elden Ring.
The Omenkiller is a masked butcher with two great cleavers who has slaughtered the Village of the Albinaurics in western Liurnia. It waits beside a burning furnace with three hounds nearby. Its leaping cleaver slams can end a fight in a moment. Nepheli Loux joins the fight if met on the path into the village.
Lore
The Omenkiller wears a thick yellow apron and a green mask with twisted horns, carved like the smirking spirits that haunt the dreams of Omen. It swings a pair of heavy cleavers hung with severed horns taken as trophies.
Omenkillers are perfumers who carry on the grim work of Rollo. Once a famous perfumer, Rollo drank a physick that stripped away his emotions so that he could hunt the Omen without pause.
The killer in the village appears to have carried out the slaughter of the albinaurics on the orders of Sir Gideon Ofnir, a deed that shook Nepheli's trust in her father.

Attacks
- Cleaver Swings: swings from either cleaver in many directions; roll away or parry the clear wind up.
- Jumping Slam: it leaps and slams both cleavers down, up to three times in a row; roll toward it for each leap and punish after the third.
- Twirling Swing: it spins with both cleavers when attacked from behind; roll to the right or parry the first cleaver.
- Fire Breath: it juts its head forward and breathes a cone of fire that lingers on the ground; back away from the flames.
- Fire Retreat: it leaps back while spitting fire onto the ground in front; stay out of the flames.
Tactics
- Kill the three hounds around the village before engaging.
- Fight in the open space near the furnace, away from the debris that can trap a roll.
- Wear enough armor to survive one jumping slam.
- Interrupt it with heavy attacks, since its poise is low.
- Guard counter its swings with a strong shield.
- Carry Stanching Boluses, because its cleavers cause bleeding.
- Speak to Nepheli Loux on the path to the village to unlock her summon sign.
