The Carian Glintblade Staff is a Glintstone Staff in Elden Ring.

When to Use It

Mid game. It is found around Liurnia of the Lakes, which opens up past Stormveil Castle, so it arrives once a build has taken shape.

Upgrades

Ordinary Smithing Stones carry it all the way to +25, and because it is not a Somber weapon it will also hold a grease or a weapon buff, which is a damage source the unique blades simply do not have.

Build

Its scaling runs Str at E, Dex at E and Int at C, so Int is the stat worth levelling, and you need Str 6, Dex 12 and Int 22 before you can lift it. Any Ash of War and any affinity will sit on it, so its scaling can be re-cut towards whichever stat you are already levelling. It also enhances Glintblade sorceries by +15% on its own, with no infusion needed.
