The Broodmother's Eye is a legendary pair of daggers in Enshrouded. Most of its damage is piercing, and the rest is poison. At level 50, a legendary copy hits for 220 base damage. It attacks every 0.4 seconds, which comes to about 550 damage per second. It always has one gem slot for a gem. Its upgrades unlock a chance to poison, extra poison damage, critical strike chance against Soaked enemies and critical strike damage against Soaked enemies. It is found in the Veilwater Basin, where it drops from gold and silver sarcophagi in the Hollow Halls. The Hunter upgrades it. Its description links it to the Drak legend of the Broodmother Vesztah.

Damage By Level

Base damage grows with item level and with rarity. Two-handed weapons deal one and a half times as much as one-handed ones. The table shows the base damage before perks and gems. Each perk adds its own bonus on top.

Enhancements by Level

Each upgrade at the Hunter raises a copy by one level and unlocks the next enhancement. The levels count from the copy's own level, so a level 9 copy unlocks them at levels 10 to 14. Rarity sets how many upgrades a copy takes: one for common, up to five for legendary.

Special Ability

Riposte Kick: Lets the wielder perform a Kick attack shortly after parrying an enemy. It also deals Stamina Damage which fills the enemy's Stun Bar. Most daggers carry this ability, so a well-timed parry is the opening for a kick.

Soaked Enemies

Opportunistic raises critical strike chance against Soaked enemies. Ruthless raises critical strike damage against Soaked enemies. A Water Balloon soaks whoever it hits. The Gem of Currents can go in this weapon's gem slot. While the wielder is wet or soaked, it makes every hit soak the enemy.
