Hefty Rot Pot is a pot in Elden Ring. It is one of the expansion's additions, found in the Land of Shadow.

Hefty Rot Pot is a large cracked pot full of rotting materials. It bursts with a heavy dose of scarlet rot. Rot eats a large share of an enemy's health over time. It is a strong opener against big, slow bosses that do not resist rot.

It deals 105 base physical damage and a flat 400 scarlet rot build-up. Arcane does not raise the build-up. Once rot triggers, it deals 0.33% of maximum HP plus 13 each second for 90 seconds. The hefty cracked pot returns after the throw.

"Craftable item prepared using a capacious cracked pot. A goodly amount of materials is sealed inside. Throw at enemies to cause a large buildup of scarlet rot. Rot is one of the divine elements of the outer gods, and eats away at life like a vicious plague."
