Ironjar Aromatic is a consumable in Elden Ring.

Ironjar Aromatic turns the user's body to steel for a short time. Light attacks bounce off, physical damage drops and stagger is mostly ignored. The trade-off is a slow crawl, heavy dodge rolls and a large weakness to lightning. It suits a stand-and-trade style against foes that rely on quick physical hits.

Using it costs 18 FP. For 40 seconds it raises physical damage negation by 40% and all status resistances by 45. Lightning damage negation falls by 60% at the same time. Many one-handed attacks are deflected off the user. Movement slows and rolls become heavy rolls.
