Memory of Grace is a tool in Elden Ring.
Memory of Grace sends its user back to the last Site of Grace visited. The price is every rune currently held. It is a way out when stuck or trapped with no fast travel. Every character starts the game with it.
Effect
Using Memory of Grace returns the user to the most recently used Site of Grace. All runes held at that moment are lost. Runes left behind from an earlier death stay where they were.
"The memory of first grace, which once guided bygone Tarnished to the Lands Between. Lose all runes and return to last site of grace visited. It is merely a cycle. Stand before the Elden Ring. Become the Elden Lord."

- Create a character; the item is placed in the inventory automatically.
In the inventory from the start of the game.
Notes
- It cannot be sold, stored or discarded.
- It frees a character stuck in the scenery when fast travel is blocked.
