Poison Spraymist is a consumable in Elden Ring.

Poison Spraymist is a forbidden perfume that is breathed out as a cloud of poison. The cloud builds up a special deadly poison that hurts more than scarlet rot. It works well on large, slow enemies that stay inside the mist. Arcane builds get the most out of it.

Using it costs 12 FP. The cloud lasts about seven seconds and deals 26 base poison build-up about five times a second. Build-up scales with Arcane at C. Once it triggers, the poison deals 0.21% of maximum HP plus 21 each second for 30 seconds.

"Forbidden art of depraved perfumers. Craftable with a perfume bottle. Uses FP to release a poison mist from user's mouth, causing a buildup of poison. Perfumed powder is held in the mouth to dissolve before being expelled. It was once a restorative art, or so it is said."
