Polter Stone is a throwable in Elden Ring. It comes from the Shadow of the Erdtree expansion.
Polter Stone is a grave keeper's trinket carved from spiritgrave stone. Thrown, it makes noises that sound like a person nearby. It does no harm to anyone. The lonely grave keepers used it to ease their longing for company.
Effect
It lands and makes sounds that imitate human presence at that spot. It deals no damage.
