Prattling Pate "Lamentation" is a twisted clay head that weeps when used. It is a reusable tool, like the other prattling pates. It lies in the Lamenter's Gaol in the Realm of Shadow. It is never used up.
Effect
Using it makes the pate let out a loud, blissful weeping. It has no combat effect.
