Surging Frenzied Flame is a consumable in Elden Ring. It is part of the Shadow of the Erdtree expansion.

Surging Frenzied Flame is a spiritgrave stone scorched by the frenzied flame. It costs FP to set the stone on the ground. The stone then spews bursts of frenzied flame that build up madness. The hornsent forbade its use for melting away spirits.

Effect

---

Once placed, the stone spits bursts of frenzied flame forward. The bursts deal damage and build up madness on whatever they hit. Its stat scaling raises the damage but not the madness.

"Spiritgrave stone burned by frenzied flame. Craftable item. Uses FP to place a stone on the ground, where it spews frenzied flames. Spirits are eternal, and yet frenzied flame melts them away regardless. No wonder the hornsent forbid the flame's use."
