Thiollier's Concoction is a consumable in Elden Ring. It is part of the Shadow of the Erdtree expansion.
Thiollier's Concoction is an ebony-black sleeping draught brewed by Thiollier. It is said to put even an ancient dragon to sleep. Any ordinary person who drinks it dies at once. Its real use is in the Dragon Communion Priestess's quest.
Effect
Drinking it kills the user instantly. Giving it to the sleeping Dragon Communion Priestess changes the rewards of her quest.
"An ebony-black concoction mixed by Thiollier. A condensed, somniferous elixir, purported to be capable of putting even an ancient dragon to sleep. For an ordinary mortal, a single sip would assuredly result in swift and certain death. Thiollier thought of St. Trina's sleep when he created this, but the ebony sleep he concocted had not the sweetness of nectar nor the gentleness of rest's embrace."
How to Get Thiollier's Concoction Guide
- Speak with Moore, then find Thiollier.
- Speak with Moore again to receive the Black Syrup.
- Give the Black Syrup to Thiollier before he leaves his first spot near the Pillar Path Cross.
- Ask Thiollier about the syrup and choose the reply "I'm weary of life" to receive the concoction.
