Overcharge: This wand holds a chance to amplify its damage output. Attacks deal bonus damage up to the overcharge percentage. Multishot: Fires multiple projectiles but at reduced damage.

Perks

Each upgrade at the Hunter unlocks the next perk in this order. Rarity sets how many upgrades a copy takes: one for common, up to five for legendary.

Notes

Overcharge gives each shot a chance to deal bonus damage, and Multishot fires several weaker projectiles.

How to Get Electric Initialiser Guide

The Alchemist crafts it from Bones, Diamond Dust, Glass and Celestium Bars. Crafting needs a sheltered spot. Crafted copies are Rare, at item level 46.
