A simplified wand, shaped by the resurgence of the Drak. Weapons such as these would've held great power in the past, but the primal knowledge surrounding their creation was lost. Recently crafted wands are therefore more primitive, and mere imitations of the once undeniable power and dominion of the beasts.

The Recent Drak Wand is a common wand in Enshrouded. At level 50, a common copy hits for 84 base damage. It attacks every 0.6 seconds, which comes to about 140 damage per second. Its upgrades unlock mana leech, critical strike chance, extra lightning damage and critical strike damage against Soaked enemies. It is found in the Veilwater Basin, where it drops from gold and silver sarcophagi in the Hollow Halls. The Alchemist upgrades it.

Enhancements by Level

Each upgrade at the Alchemist raises a copy by one level and unlocks the next enhancement. The levels count from the copy's own level, so a level 9 copy unlocks them at levels 10 to 14. Rarity sets how many upgrades a copy takes: one for common, up to five for legendary.

Special Ability

Overcharge: This wand holds a chance to amplify its damage output. Attacks deal bonus damage up to the overcharge percentage. Almost every wand carries this ability.

Skills

Soaked Enemies

The Ruthless perk raises critical strike damage against enemies that are Soaked. Soaked is a status that water puts on a target, and a Water Balloon soaks whoever it hits. Throwing a balloon first and then firing the wand makes every critical hit land much harder. The wand's shock damage pairs well with this, since the Drak of the Veilwater Basin take extra damage from shock. Ruthless is the last perk, so only a copy that can take enough upgrades unlocks it.
