The Magma Scale is a southern kind of Saurian that lives on Agamen Volcanic Island. Its back is covered in hard, rocky scales much like a Rattler's, and once the world is unmoored it spreads well beyond the island.
How to Beat the Magma Scale
The rocky plates on a Magma Scale's back shrug off physical blows, so attacks aimed at the armoured back achieve little.
Where to Find the Magma Scale
Magma Scales are common across Agamen Volcanic Island, where they prowl the molten chambers of the Mountain Base Cave. They are among the monsters that threaten Gautstafr on the road to Geyser Hamlet in Put a Spring in Thy Step. In the Unmoored World they appear in many more places.
