| Quests | The Guardian Gigantus, When Wills Collide |
Talos is a colossal bronze giant out of legend that rises from the sea and strides across Agamen Volcanic Island. It is the great foe of the main quest The Guardian Gigantus, in which it marches on the Excavation Site and must be brought down before it reaches Moonglint Tower.
Talos Lore
Talos is described as the bronze giant of the old legends. Risen from the sea, it is vast enough to step across whole valleys, and like a divine punishment it brings ruin to the land without mercy.
How to Beat the Talos
Talos shrugs off almost every attack except blows to the stakes that jut from its body, so destroying those stakes is the only way to bring it down. They give way most easily to blunt and explosive damage. Reaching them means climbing the giant, which drains stamina fast, so stamina curatives are essential. Soldiers along its path help with the fight, and ballistas can be used to strike it. After the battle the fallen stakes lie along the giant's route and can be gathered as Wakestone Shards.
Where to Find the Talos
Talos appears on Agamen Volcanic Island during The Guardian Gigantus, marching on the Excavation Site towards Moonglint Tower.

Talos Quests
The Guardian Gigantus follows Phaesus through the Spellseal Door near the Flamebearer Palace in Bakbattahl. Beyond it, Talos rises from the sea and strides towards Agamen Volcanic Island, and the Arisen must disable the giant by breaking the weak points on its body.
When Wills Collide begins when the Arisen approaches Talos near the Volcanic Island Camp in the Unmoored World, where Phaesus waits to set his plan against the end of days in motion.
