The Asp is a poisonous kind of Saurian. It lurks in caves and by the water in Vermund, and its venomous bite makes it a particularly dangerous member of its family.
How to Beat the Asp
An Asp's bite can poison. Its tail is its weak spot, and striking at it is the way to bring the creature down.
Where to Find the Asp
Asps are found in caves and near water. They lurk among the rocks of Waterfall Cave and the Collapsed Mine, and they also haunt the passages of Guerco Cavern and Riverside Cavern. In A Poisonous Proposal the Arisen must seek out Asps near Bakbattahl and let them deliver their poison.

Asp Quests
A Poisonous Proposal begins at Jarle's Home in Bakbattahl, where Jarle wants to study how venom works on a living body. His first request is for the Arisen to be poisoned by an Asp, so the Arisen seeks out the Asps that gather near Bakbattahl, lets one deliver its venom and returns to Jarle while still poisoned so that he can note the symptoms.
