Blue Cipher Ring is a multiplayer item in Elden Ring.
Blue Cipher Ring lets its user answer calls for help from other players. When someone in another world is invaded and asks for rescue, the wearer can be summoned there as a hunter. It suits players who like to fight invaders on behalf of others. It is never used up.
Effect
With the ring active, the user waits in a ready state. A rescue call from another world summons the user there as a hunter. The hunter's goal is to defeat the invader of that world.
"Item for online play. (Can also be used from the Multiplayer menu.) Puts the wearer in ready state to answer should someone in another world call for rescue. You will be summoned to their world as a hunter. When summoned to rescue another player, your objective will be to defeat the invader."
