White Cipher Ring is a multiplayer item in Elden Ring.
White Cipher Ring calls for help when an invader arrives. It sends out a request for a hunter from another world. It is a cheap safety net for players who keep online play turned on. Once bought, it lasts for good.
Effect
With the ring active, an invasion of the user's world sends an automatic request for a hunter to join and help. It can also be used after an invasion has started. A hunter cannot always be found.
"Item for online play. (Can also be used from the Multiplayer menu.) Allows you to automatically request for a hunter from another world to come to your rescue when your world is invaded. (Summoning is not always possible.) One of the lost mystic codes said to have been bestowed by the Two Fingers."
