Dragon Communion Flesh is a consumable in Elden Ring. It is one of the expansion's additions, found in the Land of Shadow.
Dragon Communion Flesh is a lump of animal flesh that never cools. It is a man-made copy of dragonscale flesh. Eating it raises four core stats for a short time, while HP slowly drains away. It suits melee builds that need a quick stat boost for a hard fight.
Effect
Eating it raises Vigor, Endurance, Strength and Dexterity by 6 for 90 seconds. HP drains a little each second while it lasts. It counts as a body buff and does not stack with other body buffs.
"A lump of animal flesh with a heat that never cools. Craftable item. Boosts vigor, stamina, strength, and dexterity at the cost of gradual HP loss. An imitation of dragonscale flesh created by human hands, used to sate the hunger of drake warriors, if only briefly."
