Dragonscale Flesh is a consumable in Elden Ring. It comes from the Shadow of the Erdtree expansion.
Dragonscale Flesh is hot flesh carved from beneath the scales of an aged dragon. Eating it raises four core stats for a short time while HP slowly drains. It is stronger than the craftable Dragon Communion Flesh. Only two drakes drop it, so the supply is fixed for each playthrough.
Effect
Eating it raises Vigor, Endurance, Strength and Dexterity by 8 for 90 seconds. HP drains by 4 points each second while it lasts. It counts as a body buff and does not stack with other body buffs.
"A lump of hot flesh carved from beneath the inverted scales said to grow on aged dragons. When ingested as-is, boosts vigor, stamina, strength, and dexterity at the cost of gradual HP loss. To the drake warriors, there is no more intoxicating liquor than the heat of dragons."
