Festive Grease is a grease in Elden Ring. It comes from the Shadow of the Erdtree expansion.
Festive Grease is a knotgrease mixed with bone shards. It coats the right-hand weapon with a festive incantation. Each hit adds holy damage and gives a few runes. Fast weapons gain the most runes, since the amount per hit is fixed.
Effect
For 60 seconds the coating adds 100 flat holy damage. Every hit on an enemy grants 25 runes. It counts as a weapon buff and replaces other weapon buffs.
"Solidified knotgrease made from a mixture of bone shards. Craftable item. Coats armament, imparting a festive incantation that grants the wielder a scant few runes on landing attacks. The effect lasts only for a short time. The delightful festival is an old tradition; one old enough for the Erdtree to tacitly tolerate its endurance."
