Collecting it unlocks the crafting recipes for Sleepbone Arrow, Sleepbone Arrow (Fletched), Sleepbone Bolt, Soporific Grease and Drawstring Soporific Grease. These items can then be crafted at any time with a Crafting Kit and the right materials.
