Flask of Wondrous Physick is a tool in Elden Ring. It can be picked up early, in Limgrave, within the first few hours of a run.

The Flask of Wondrous Physick is a special flask filled with a mix of two Crystal Tears. Each mix gives its own effects, such as healing, stat boosts or damage buffs. It can be drunk once per rest at a Site of Grace. Almost every build gains from carrying it into boss fights.

Effect

Two Crystal Tears can be mixed into the flask at any Site of Grace. Drinking it grants the effects of both tears at once. It has a single charge that refills at a Site of Grace. Golden Seeds and Sacred Tears do not affect it. A Crimson Crystal Tear, for example, restores half of the drinker's HP.

"A relic of the physick chemists, priests of the Erdtree. Harnesses the powers of crystal tears, which only form after the passage of many moons. Various special effects are bestowed upon the drinker, dependent on the specific mixture of crystal tears. Rest at a site of grace to replenish. Basins are placed at the feet of Minor Erdtrees throughout the Lands Between in order to collect their crystallized tears."

How to Get Flask of Wondrous Physick Guide

Travel to the Third Church of Marika in northeastern Limgrave.
Examine the basin on the floor near the Site of Grace.
Take the flask, along with a Crimson Crystal Tear.
