Miquella's Great Rune is a tool in Elden Ring. It is one of the expansion's additions, found in the Land of Shadow.

Miquella's Great Rune is the broken Great Rune that Miquella cast aside. All that remains in it is the power to resist charms. It drops from the Scadutree Avatar. Its one real use is in the final fight against Promised Consort Radahn, where it breaks Miquella's charm.

Effect

Using the rune dispels the charm that Miquella places on the player during the Promised Consort Radahn fight. It is reusable, so it can be used each time the charm is applied. Unlike other Great Runes, it works without being restored at a Divine Tower.

"A Great Rune relinquished by Miquella. Broken and bereft of its bounty, it retains naught but the power to resist charms. Miquella set off for the tower enshrouded by shadow, abandoning everything, his golden flesh, his blinding strength, even his fate. All in an effort to bury the original sin. To embrace the whole of it, and be reborn as a new god."

Reach the Scadutree Base, northeast of the Shadow Keep.
Defeat the Scadutree Avatar.
Pick up Miquella's Great Rune and keep it in the pouch for the fight with Promised Consort Radahn.
