Piquebone Arrow is an arrow in Elden Ring. It is one of the expansion's additions, found in the Land of Shadow.
The Piquebone Arrow is a crafted bone arrow soaked in putrescence. It releases white smoke where it lands. The smoke lures nearby humanoid enemies that are not yet fighting. It is a stealth tool for pulling enemies out of a group.

Effect
It deals pierce damage. The smoke draws the aggression of humanoid foes that are not in combat. Demi-humans are lured even when they are already fighting.
