Spirit Raisin is a consumable in Elden Ring. It is part of the Shadow of the Erdtree expansion.

Spirit Raisin is a bitter preparation of dried Rada fruit. It is fed to Torrent while riding. Afterwards Torrent knocks enemies back when breaking into a gallop. It helps clear a path through crowds on horseback.

Feeding it to Torrent lets the spectral steed push back enemies when it starts to gallop. The effect ends after a short time.
