Six slots, iron bound and locked to one pair of hands: the Personal Chest is the odd one out in the Storage tab. On a shared server it is the only container another player cannot open, which makes it a strongbox for keys, Coins and trophies rather than somewhere to dump ore.
How to Build It
It takes ten Finewood and eight Iron, built within range of a Workbench, which is four times the metal the far roomier Reinforced Chest needs. The iron buys privacy and toughness: at 10,000 durability it outlasts everything else in the storage row by a wide margin, and rain does it no harm. If you play alone there is nobody to lock out, so this is a piece for servers and of little use anywhere else.
