Blessing of Marika is a consumable in Elden Ring. It is one of the expansion's additions, found in the Land of Shadow.
Blessing of Marika is a special physick blessed by Queen Marika. Drinking it fully restores HP and cures every ailment. Only a handful exist and they cannot be farmed. Most save them for the hardest moment of the hardest fight.
Effect
It restores 100% of HP and clears all status build-up. Only one can be carried at a time. After one is used, the next spare from storage appears in the inventory once the world reloads.
