Celebrant's Rib-Rake is a Spear in Elden Ring. It becomes available partway through a run, in the Altus Plateau.

The Celebrant's Rib-Rake is a rake of human bone decorated with many-colored fabrics, a ceremonial tool of the dancers at the festivities of Dominula, Windmill Village. Celebrants in Dominula and the East Windmill Pasture in the Altus Plateau drop it at a 0.5% base rate. Each hit grants 10 runes with a cooldown of about 2 seconds, and the effect also triggers through Ashes of War that deal damage with it. It has the standard spear moveset of fast thrusts and charged piercing strong attacks, well suited to applying status from a safe distance, and it scales best with Dexterity. It suits a Dexterity character or anyone farming runes.

Skill

Barbaric Roar costs 16 FP. The wielder lets out a bestial roar that grants a 40 second weapon buff, raising physical attack power. While it lasts, heavy and charged heavy attacks turn into a savage three-hit combo that chains into a further follow-up shaped by the weapon class. The Roar Medallion adds to the damage of these combos, and as a weapon buff it replaces greases and armament-buffing spells rather than stacking with them. It is the weapon's default Ash of War, so another can take its place.

A rune-farming and status spear: fast thrusts build status from a safe distance while every hit adds runes.
