Bloodfiend's Fork is a Spear in Elden Ring. It is one of the expansion's additions, found in the Land of Shadow.

The Bloodfiend's Fork is the weapon of the bloodfiends, three tines of carved bone that spear victims to provoke blood loss, a ritual implement for blood offerings to the Formless Mother. Bloodfiends that wield it drop it at a 3% rate, with several at Prospect Town and more at the Stone Coffin Fissure. It is light with good reach, and its bleed buildup scales with Arcane under every affinity. Its default skill, Barbaric Roar, raises attack power for a following combo, and it suits an Arcane build as a melee weapon or as a backup beside incantations.

Stats

Bloodfiend's Fork has the highest innate bleed of any spear at 64 buildup, on a light 4.5 weight frame. Its passive bleed scales with Arcane whichever infusion it carries, which is why Arcane builds pick it over the Cross-Naginata despite its lower attack. Barbaric Roar is its native skill, and Bloodfiends that wield it drop it.

Skill

Barbaric Roar costs 16 FP. The wielder lets out a bestial roar that grants a 40 second weapon buff, raising physical attack power. While it lasts, heavy and charged heavy attacks turn into a savage three-hit combo that chains into a further follow-up shaped by the weapon class. The Roar Medallion adds to the damage of these combos, and as a weapon buff it replaces greases and armament-buffing spells rather than stacking with them. It is the weapon's default Ash of War, so another can take its place.
