Celebrant's Skull is a Great Hammer in Elden Ring. It becomes available partway through a run, in the Altus Plateau.

Celebrant's Skull is a large bludgeon decorated with flowers and many-colored fabrics, a ceremonial tool of the dancers in the festivities of Dominula, Windmill Village, whose striking end is a skull too large to be human. It lies on a corpse at the end of a hidden cliff path north of the windmill by the Windmill Village Site of Grace. It swings slowly like other great hammers but is a light option for its class, and every successful hit grants a few runes. It scales with Strength and Dexterity and comes with Barbaric Roar. It suits a Strength and Dexterity character who wants a lighter great hammer.

Stats

Celebrant's Skull is the cheapest way into the Great Hammer class, and its 138 physical at 8.5 weight gives the best damage for its weight among great hammers. Every attack that lands also grants 20 runes, which makes it a handy farming tool as well as an easy entry point for a light Strength build.

Skill

Barbaric Roar costs 16 FP. The wielder lets out a bestial roar that grants a 40 second weapon buff, raising physical attack power. While it lasts, heavy and charged heavy attacks turn into a savage three-hit combo that chains into a further follow-up shaped by the weapon class. The Roar Medallion adds to the damage of these combos, and as a weapon buff it replaces greases and armament-buffing spells rather than stacking with them. It is the weapon's default Ash of War, so another can take its place.

Swing for heavy Strike hits while its rune gain adds up, buffing heavy attacks with Barbaric Roar.
