Serpent's Amnion is a quest item in Elden Ring. It is found in Volcano Manor, around the middle of a run.
Serpent's Amnion is the never-drying membrane from the womb of an unwanted birth. It lies on the altar of the Temple of Eiglay in Volcano Manor. A Godskin Noble guards it. It belongs to Rya's questline.
