Dancer's Castanets is a quest item in Elden Ring. It is found in Volcano Manor, around the middle of a run.
The Dancer's Castanets are small castanets used by dancers from distant lands. Patches gives them away in the Shaded Castle. They can be offered to Tanith, Volcano Manor Proprietress. The gift hints at the life she left behind.
Use
Offering the castanets to Tanith, Volcano Manor Proprietress while she feeds on Rykard, Lord of Blasphemy gets only a refusal. The gift changes nothing in her quest.
"Castanets used by dancers from foreign lands. Received from Patches. The passionate dance comprises no seductiveness, but merely a dignified beauty."
Quest
It belongs to Patches' quest. It is brought to Tanith, Volcano Manor Proprietress at Volcano Manor. She refuses them, and her quest is unchanged.
