The Golem Fist is a Fist in Elden Ring. It has the highest physical attack of any fist in the game. It is part of the Shadow of the Erdtree expansion.

The Golem Fist is a giant fist of fractured rock taken from the body of a golem of the ruined forges, carved with a smithscript that lets strong attacks launch the entire fist. It drops from the Golem Smiths that throw stones in Taylew's Ruined Forge. It is a heavy paired fist that hits hard with Strike damage, and its heavy attacks fire the fist straight ahead as a ranged projectile at no FP cost before it returns to the hand. Two-handing it throws both fists at once. It suits a Strength character who wants free ranged pressure from a melee weapon.

Stats

The Golem Fist is the hardest-hitting fist at 110 physical, with the class's best guard boost at 36 and C Strength scaling. Its heavy attacks launch the whole fist as a projectile for no FP, and two-handing throws both. It reaches A Strength on a Heavy affinity at max upgrade and can be infused, though not buffed.

Skill

Endure costs 9 FP. The wielder braces in an anchored stance that for three seconds raises damage negation by 45 percent and greatly boosts poise, so most attacks fail to stagger. Some light one-handed attacks even bounce off, though headshots and launching attacks can still interrupt the wielder. Heavy weapons take noticeably longer to enter the stance. It is the weapon's default Ash of War, so another can take its place.

Suggested Build

Mix close-range punches with heavy attacks that throw the fists at range, charging them for extra damage.

Stats Strength 80 (24 to wield it), Vigor 50, Endurance 40, Mind 10, Dexterity 8, Intelligence 11, Faith 11
Affinity Heavy for a pure Strength build, matching its C Strength base scaling; it accepts Ashes of War but not those that buff the weapon.
