The Star Fist is a Fist in Elden Ring. It only turns up late in a run, in Leyndell, Royal Capital.

The Star Fist is a spherical iron manifer covered in spikes that cause blood loss, used in brutal games of pugilism. It lies on a corpse in a shadowed alcove of the colosseum in Leyndell, reachable in both the Royal Capital and the Ashen Capital. It is a paired fist with heavy attacks shared with the Iron Ball, and every hit builds blood loss. Its quick charged heavy attacks chain stance breaks easily, and with high Arcane it out-damages the Spiked Caestus at slightly lower bleed. It suits a Dexterity or bleed character who wants to pummel enemies up close.

Stats

The Star Fist is second only to the Golem Fist in physical damage, with 105 physical and 45 blood loss buildup at only 3.0 weight. At 60 Arcane under Blood or Occult it hits harder than the Spiked Caestus while building slightly less bleed, which is the whole Arcane-fist choice. It can be infused and buffed.

Skill

Endure costs 9 FP. The wielder braces in an anchored stance that for three seconds raises damage negation by 45 percent and greatly boosts poise, so most attacks fail to stagger. Some light one-handed attacks even bounce off, though headshots and launching attacks can still interrupt the wielder. Heavy weapons take noticeably longer to enter the stance. It is the weapon's default Ash of War, so another can take its place.
