The Iron Ball is a Fist in Elden Ring. It becomes available in the middle of a run.

The Iron Ball is a spherical iron manifer, the weapon of choice of Big Boggart the blackguard, whose weighty blows shatter bones with ease. It drops from Blackguard Big Boggart, first met at Boilprawn Shack in Liurnia of the Lakes and later in Leyndell, Royal Capital. It is a paired fist that scales mainly with Strength, with unique heavy attacks shared with the Star Fist that break enemy poise. It comes infused with Braggart's Roar, the only source of that Ash of War, which raises attack power, stamina recovery and defense. It suits a Strength character, or a Strength and Intelligence one who buffs it with magic.

How to Get Iron Ball Guide

Received upon killing Blackguard Big Boggart.
The weapon will have the Braggart's Roar Ash of War with the standard affinity infused into it.

Skill

Endure costs 9 FP. The wielder braces in an anchored stance that for three seconds raises damage negation by 45 percent and greatly boosts poise, so most attacks fail to stagger. Some light one-handed attacks even bounce off, though headshots and launching attacks can still interrupt the wielder. Heavy weapons take noticeably longer to enter the stance. It is the weapon's default Ash of War, so another can take its place.
