The Madding Hand is a Fist in Elden Ring. It belongs to Shadow of the Erdtree and waits in the Abyssal Woods.

The Madding Hand is a glove stitched from the flayed skin of victims of a butcherous bloodbath, forged from the vengeance of heretics hunted down by their own brethren. It drops from the Madding Hand, a Frenzied Flame heretic found south of the Woodland Trail in the Abyssal Woods. It is a light paired fist whose heavy attacks are shared with the Star Fist, dealing fire and physical damage and building madness. Whenever madness is triggered nearby, its passive raises attack power for a time, spells included, even without meeting its requirements. It suits a Faith character drawn to madness who wants that bonus stacked with other madness effects.

Notes

"A glove stitched together from the flayed skin of the victims of a butcherous bloodbath. Afflicts target with madness. Raises attack power when madness is triggered in the vicinity. Forged of an unyielding, black impulse toward revenge fostered in those who were hunted down as heretics by their own brethren, these are the weapons of the utterly downtrodden."
