The Clinging Bone is a Fist in Elden Ring.

The Clinging Bone is a horrific weapon made of a hardened skeletal arm, wielded by Ensha of the Royal Remains and fitted by pushing the hands into its grips until they dig in. It drops from Ensha, who turns hostile at the Roundtable Hold once part of the Haligtree Secret Medallion has been obtained. It is a paired fist that scales mainly with Dexterity and adds a little magic damage to its Strike hits. Its skill, Lifesteal Fist, is a slow, controlled punch that renders human-sized foes unconscious, steals HP and scales with Arcane. It suits a Dexterity and Arcane character who wants healing built into melee.
