Holyproof Pickled Liver is a consumable in Elden Ring. It is one of the expansion's additions, found in the Land of Shadow.
Holyproof Pickled Liver is an animal liver pickled in a gold solution by the forager brood. Eating it gives a large boost to holy damage negation for two minutes. It is the forager brood's version of the Holyproof Dried Liver. Against enemies in single-player it is weaker than the Holyproof Dried Liver, which gives 35%.
Effect
Eating it raises holy damage negation by 25% for 120 seconds. Against other players the bonus is 12%. It counts as a body buff and does not stack with other body buffs.
"Animal liver pickled in a gold medicinal solution. Craftable item. Temporarily grants large boost to holy damage negation, greatly improving damage mitigation against attacks imbued with holiness. The effects of the forager brood's pickled delights are enhanced by the fermentation, or rotting, of the ingredients. Though this results in a pungent odor, some come to find the aroma irresistible."
