Scorpion Liver is a crafting material in Elden Ring. It is part of the Shadow of the Erdtree expansion.
The Scorpion Liver is a fresh organ from a spider-scorpion. Nobody is sure what it does, but it is prized as a delicacy for its numbing poison. It goes into the pickled livers and the Well-Pickled Turtle Neck.

Livers come from killing spider-scorpions, which hang from ceilings and lurk in the ruins. A few also lie as loot under their nests.
