Horned Bairn is a tool in Elden Ring. It comes from the Shadow of the Erdtree expansion.
Horned Bairn is a doll made to remember tanglehorn children who died young. It is a reusable tool that summons vengeful spirits around the user. The spirits fly out and chase nearby foes on their own. Hornsent uses the same tool in his fights.
Effect
Each use costs 21 FP and summons six hovering spirits. The spirits home in on enemies that come close and deal holy damage. Damage scales with Intelligence and Faith at D. The doll is never used up.
"Doll of a tanglehorn bairn. Uses FP to summon vengeful spirits around the caster that autonomously chase down foes. Tangled horns are a symbol of spirituality, but most young born bearing the oversized horns meet a frightfully early demise. These fetishes are made to memorialize them."
How to Get Horned Bairn Guide
- Travel to the Ellac River Cave Site of Grace in the Gravesite Plain.
- Defeat the Ulcerated Tree Spirit nearby.
- Pick up the Horned Bairn it drops.
