Lightning Grease is a grease in Elden Ring.
Lightning Grease coats the right-hand weapon and adds lightning damage to each hit. It is a cheap way to give a plain weapon an elemental edge. The recipe uses two common materials, so a stack is easy to keep. It is worth carrying for a long boss fight where a minute of extra damage adds up.
Effect
The coating adds 85 flat lightning damage to the right-hand weapon. The effect lasts 60 seconds. It counts as a weapon buff, so it replaces any other weapon buff.
"Solidified grease made from a mixture of fulminating materials. Craftable item. Coats armament, adding lightning damage to attacks. The effect lasts only for a short time."
