Map: Abyss is a map fragment in Elden Ring. It is one of the expansion's additions, found in the Land of Shadow.
Map: Abyss is a map fragment that reveals the Abyssal Woods on the world map. Its description describes a dark forest at the bottom of a ravine, home of Sage Midra and forbidden by the hornsent. It is found beside the Map stele near the Abandoned Church in the Abyssal Woods.
Use
Picking it up fills in the Abyssal Woods on the map at once. The Map stele it stands by is marked on the map before the area is explored, so the fragment is easy to find.
"Map of the abyss at the east of the Gravesite Plain. A thick forest sprawls at the depths of the ravine that is untouched even by sunlight. Known as the sanctum of Sage Midra, and is a region forbidden by the hornsent."
How to Get Map: Abyss Guide
- Enter the Darklight Catacombs.
- Defeat Jori, Elder Inquisitor and go through the archway into the Abyssal Woods.
- Head south to the Abandoned Church and pick up the fragment at the stele.
