Phantom Finger is a multiplayer item in Elden Ring.
Phantom Finger is the name for the temporary fingers an invader receives after entering another world. Using one sends the invader back into the same world at a new spot. It helps an invader escape a losing fight or find a better place to strike. The version received depends on the item used to invade, such as the Phantom Bloody Finger or Phantom Recusant Finger.
Effect
Using it makes the invader kneel briefly and then reappear near the host. The new spot is based on the host's position on the map but ignores height. This can place the invader at the bottom of a cliff, far below the host. A loading screen plays during the move.

Invading with one of these fingers grants the matching phantom fingers for that invasion.
