Festering Bloody Finger is a multiplayer item in Elden Ring.
Festering Bloody Finger is a single-use item for invading another player's world. Each finger is used up on use. Many merchants sell it, so invaders can start early. White Mask Varré also hands some out at the start of his quest.
Effect
Using the finger tries to invade another player's world. A successful invasion places the user there as a Bloody Finger. The goal is to defeat the Host of Fingers. The finger is used up whether or not the hunt succeeds.
