Regal Omen Bairn is a tool in Elden Ring.
Regal Omen Bairn is a doll of a cursed child of the Erdtree's royal line. It uses FP to release many holy wraiths that chase down foes. It is the stronger form of the Omen Bairn. It comes from trading the Remembrance of the Omen King to Enia.
Effect
Regal Omen Bairn costs 50 FP. It releases a burst and then sends many homing wraiths at the target. The wraiths deal holy damage that scales with Intelligence at B and Faith at B. Each piece of the Omen set raises their damage by 5%, for 20% with the full set.

- Defeat Morgott, the Omen King in Leyndell, Royal Capital to get the Remembrance of the Omen King.
- Speak to Finger Reader Enia at the Roundtable Hold.
- Choose to receive power from the remembrance and pick the Regal Omen Bairn for 5,000 runes.
