Rowa Raisin is a consumable in Elden Ring.
Rowa Raisin is a dried Rowa fruit fed to Torrent while riding. It heals the steed without spending a Flask of Crimson Tears charge. It is cheap to craft from the very start of the game. It keeps Torrent alive during mounted fights in the open world.
Effect
Rowa Raisin restores a small amount of Torrent's HP. It only works while mounted. Sweet Raisin and Frozen Raisin are stronger variants of the same item.
